A question that many people ask themselves at some point in their lives is “When people think of me, am I the best that they can think of?”. This question can be a source of great anxiety and insecurity for some people, while others may not give it much thought.

There are a number of reasons why someone might ask themselves this question. Perhaps they have been through a difficult experience and are feeling insecure about their self-worth. Maybe they are comparing themselves to others and feeling like they don’t measure up. Or, they may simply be curious about how others perceive them.
